dcd33 ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online gaming and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and dcd33. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3.1 One Account Rule

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If false information is provided, dcd33 reserves the right to close the account without verification or prior notice.

3.3 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your dcd33 login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Report any unauthorised access to your account to our support team immediately. dcd33 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use.

3.4 Right to Close Account

dcd33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or manipulation.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Measures deemed necessary by the authorities to ensure account security.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on dcd33 is ৳100. Accepted payment methods:

• Upay
• Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on dcd33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.4 Taxes & Fees

Any applicable taxes or charges are entirely the responsibility of the user. dcd33 is not liable for tax deductions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For new players, dcd33 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be completed before any winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus cannot be received more than once per account.
• Certain game restrictions may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• Bonuses will be forfeited in cases of promotional abuse or manipulation.
• dcd33 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The dcd33 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on player activity and engagement on the platform. Progression to a higher tier depends on the player's contribution and consistency. Cashback is credited to the account each week.

All VIP benefit terms are subject to change. dcd33 reserves the right to modify the VIP program structure at any time.

7.1 Fair Play

dcd33 is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated using technology from trusted software providers. If evidence of result manipulation is found, action will be taken against the account in question.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Colluding with other players.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

7.3 Technical Errors

If incorrect results are displayed due to a software or server error, dcd33 reserves the right to void those results. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded.

dcd33 places responsible gaming as its highest priority. Online gaming is an entertainment activity — it should not be treated as a source of income.

In the event of service discontinuation, arrangements will be made to properly return any real funds held in accounts.

These Terms and your relationship with the dcd33 platform will be governed by applicable law. If any provision is declared legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect.
